Stephen Bailey (he/him) is a DOC NYC 40 Under 40 honoree and Emmy-nominated director, producer, and cinematographer based in New York. Spanning over 30 countries, from Somalia to Nigeria, his work brings humanity to complex stories in conflict zones and underground cultures. Recent credits include Seen & Heard (HBO), Peacock’s Shadowland (Peacock), Hair Tales (Hulu), and Chain of Command (NatGeo). He previously worked with the Renaud Brothers on Meth Storm (HBO) and Shelter (VICE).
