Our Diversity Fellows Initiative (2016-2018) aimed to identify and increase the number of talented, diverse women nonfiction directors in the industry pipeline and who are helming their first or second feature documentaries. The program provided tailored mentorship, workshops, and programming with Chicken & Egg staff.
